Semifinal heartbreak

DDL continued theirunbeaten run against the OBst claiming a 2-1 win in the semifinals.  We were on top for large periods but succombed to second half goal after going behind 1-0 and equalizing before the break with the Gaffer's 14th goal of the season.  A second goal for the Gaffer should have been counted with the ref failing to notice to ball had crossed the line after a partial save by the keeper

It was still great showing last night despite fighting an uphill battle against diminished numbers and our friends the refs!! Though we were lacking in numbers, it was more than made up for in sheer effort. 

Still, for everything that has gone on in a some what turbulent season, another top 4 performance has established us as a team to beat for next season.
